With content being shared outside of studios, this workgroup will advice on how to protect that content. It will also address concerns around privacy of data and the proper governance to collecting and storing personally identifiable information.

• Minimum acceptable security in remote recording environments
• TPN assessments of remote recording solutions
• Transfer of proxies, original and translated scripts
• Data policy and governance
